Front sensor only operates in reverse??

I find it bizarre that my HS Hybrid+ Trophy clearly has a front sensor, because when I am parked facing a wall in the supermarket car park, it beeps like mad when I start up and engage reverse, but it doesn't beep when I drive in, even if I use the 360 degree camera - is this everyone's experience, or have I missed a setting somewhere?

You have to activate by putting in reverse then all sensors come on

So you mean as I drive forwards into a parking space, I need to engage Reverse momentarily, then Drive, then as I go forward the sensors will be operating? How odd! Even in my old Skoda the front sensors worked in Drive. Progress?

Yep you got it. My Mini turns on when driving slowly but when I am in my wife’s MG I select reverse before driving forward when parking or turning into a tight driveway etc….tbf soon becomes 2nd nature

Hi, you can also activate the "parking scanner" button that appears when you drag the screen down.
