Frosty

First morning with frost in scotchland -3 since buying the HS. Remote start initiated no problem. 3 starts before it was fully defrosted. Don’t know how cosy it was inside the car as I wasn’t using it . The wife’s puma takes one ten minute start to completely defrost fair enough it has the heated screen . Still impressed with the HS though

I miss the heated screen on my HS Hybrid+. Have had a number of Fords with a heated screen and they are very worthwhile in frosty weather. It was a toss up between a Kuga hybrid with heated screen and a space saver spare, or the HS Hybrid which has neither. Agree the remote start is not very speedy at clearing the screen. Hopefully will not have to use it very often, whose knows, we cannot control the weather. Glad you like your HS, I am impressed so far with the car, not sure from reports about MG's commitment to customers/warranty. Time will tell.

We had a heavy frost this morning, windscreen well coated. Used app to start air conditioning at 24C and it cleared the windscreen in the first 10min run, well impressed. Didn't manage the heated steering wheel or rear screen? Maybe not setting it right, will try again. No problem to put on when I got into the car with the chill taken off. More welcoming than a cold car.
