FULL HYBRID CYBERSTER ?

Just wondering if there's any possibility of a reduced power Full Hybrid CYBERSTER likely in the future ?.
No chance.

The cyberster is built on an EV platform.

Plug in hybrid (range extender?)
The only possibility there would be to add an engine to charge the battery which is built into the car.

But it wouldn't be set up to do this. If you bought a generator and plug a cable into the charging socket then the car won't drive! So you'd have to change all the internal electrics. to fit in your generator

Why?
The big question is 'why would anyone want to do that?'

I guess if they are desperate for a cyberster but have no charging near them. Which would mean they are in a desert and can get their own solar for it.

When I read "reduced power", I assume the OP is young and can't find insurance for the power output the EVs have. Just a guess, my 20y son has the same problem. For LHD, there is a solution. In Austria and Italy, they have possibility to have cars registered with lower power, usually 135, 140 or 145 kW. You can search the used car market, below is an example search for Porsche, with 181 results:
