Have you noticed fuel prices going up

Looked just now at one near my Ma.

What is in Premium Diesel that is so much better than the normal stuff to justify the additional 20p/ltr?
Those prices are just astronomical, they'd start fire bombing the fuel industry headquarters over here if the tried to pull a stunt like that ......

The price and availability of both food and anything stocked on shelves will really suffer with insane fuel pricing like that ....

Good question and I've asked myself the same question for a different reason.

My fixed energy tariff ends in November but I can change to a different 12 month fixed tariff with the same supplier with no penalty anytime. Do I wait until November and take a chance the energy price cap goes down, bearing in mind there's a good chance it will go up in July when the next review is due? Or do I fix it now for 12 months but at a slightly higher rate than I'm currently paying with a good chance that if I wait until November it could be a lot higher?
Price cap will go up in July, that was forecast even before the idiot started playing war. As the cap is based on the previous 3 months then likely to go up some. Probably same for October review.
Fixes are based on future predictions, so a bit harder to predict.....usually.

Looks like the payback period for investing in another EV... a ride on mower... has just come down with those diesel prices :( 🚜
