Has anyone used them for a service and what are your thoughts?

Our MG4 trophy was supplied by them picked car up in march 2023, Had a problem with rain water not draining from the charge port (blocked drain) recently was sorted out very promptly I find
Josh the MG rep a pleasure to deal with . No complaints .
Sorry not had a service yet .
