Hendy lose MG franchise in Exeter to Vosper

Having had my MG4 trophy serviced and MOT'd in January I called in today to find why the replacement drivers side door handle which no longer unlocks the car had not arrived. I was told they had no record of this and, furthermore there is no time to do this as the franchise is going to Vosper next month. What a company! They had supplied me originally with the MG4 with a dangerous front wheel which I was only told about when it was returned for a software update. Has anyone had experience with Vosper?

Different garage but we had to chase our new handle.

Was waiting for them to paint it and book us in. They painted it and just left on their shelf until I questioned the delay a while later.
