why do you think Seat have a battery warranty that states must charged discharge 100% once a month?
I know this is a scooter but take a look here at warranty detail

Different chemistry? I remember my old nokia house brick had a battery 'conditioner' that completely discharged and recharged the battery to prevent 'memory effect'.

Almost certainly down the calibration of its capacity metering. Once completely flat if it measures the power needed to bring it to full charge it then knows the capacity. Probably down to a limitation of its battery management system.

Historically it was always difficult to measure the battery capacity of a battery during its lifetime.

That's for a tiny scooter battery that will not have a full BMS so more like a laptop, so yes that requirement is understandable
