I’m guessing this is just one of those things we have to put up with but I’m just wondering if other HS PHEV owners have noticed significant condensation in the rear light clusters. I appreciate they’re not sealed units, and the rain in Manchester has been of biblical proportions in the past 24 hours, so I’m just wondering whether it’s a known issue, and has it been discussed with MG dealers? Had mine 3 months.

I experienced this with my ZX last year. The condensation was in the light strip in the left-hand mirror dealership rectify this within the warranty. so far touchwood there is no sign of any condensation in any of the lights, in my new HS PHEV🤞

I noticed this last week on my 2025 model HS PHEV. It’s due a service soon so was going to mention it to the dealer then.

My 2025 HS PHEV with the exact same problem had its first service last week - dealer told me the issue was "normal" and therefore not an issue. I told them I think that's an unacceptable fob off. I thought I had previously seen an owner reporting their dealer had replaced the rear light units at first service for the same problem, but can't seem to find the thread now.

I also had frequent "Service Vehicle Immediately" warnings which, despite being told by the dealer would now clear as service interval had been reset, hasn't - together with frequent internal misting from AC system, occasional solid bright green reversing screen, occasional steering wheel control lights illuminating whilst vehicle locked, intermittent screen illumnination failing to dim on night start up, problematic charge cover latch, false alarms from front nearside park sensor, and total failure of cruise control and speed limit warning systems - otherwise the car has been perfect!
None of my issues could be fixed on the day because the "computer link to MG has been down all day" and the promised phone call later in the week to rebook my car in never materialised!
