i smart app

A few months ago I was advised of an upgrade to this "app" which I did. Since then I have been unable to charge my car MG EV ZS LR satisfactorily.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so is there a "fix".

Would appreciate any help please. Thanks.

Can you be more specific? Can you set up a scheduled charge? Can you charge the car without using the app?
