I smart issue

Hi all, can anyone confirm if they are having ismart issues today. I normally use the car just with my phone ( using ismart to unlock and drive) . Mine seems to have lost connection with the car ( luckily the wife was with me and she had a physical key with her).
Just wondered if it is a problem with my connection or if indeed we all have an issue ! It appears it cannot locate the car using gps, no mileage or battery level showing and if I try to connect I get “ vehicle not responding”

Sounds like there may well be ! At least it would appear it’s not just my problem ! Note to self - carry a physical key at all times 😂🤣
 
Never trust the app was my Moto with the Tesla too.
On quite a few occasions the car was unresponsive to the app. I always had the card in my phone case.
I do the same with the IM.

By the way my app is not responding either.

All working again now, but I’m definitely keeping a physical key with me going forward. I might even see if I can get a spare key from somewhere ( the key card is a little big).
 
My ismart app would not connect this morning to defrost the car, Network not available. Do I need to rebind?
