Hi all new to the forum just taken ownership of a hs phev in pearl white and up to now very impressed but one thing that is not working is the I smart,I have logged in but it states ismart not available get InTouch with sales ,any advice please thanks

Get used to it, the app is completely unreliable and very poorly equipped. No programmable heating/cooling, no charging limit, but worst of all is the constant inaccessibility of the vehicle because it goes into deep sleep after a few hours and you have to wake it up again using the remote control.

iSmart DOES allow the charging limit to be set, but is that a thing on a Hybrid?

Where can you set this in the app? This is not available in the app, at least not for PHEVs.

When you log into the app scroll down to the bottom to "ev management" where you can schedule charging. Good luck

You mean something completely different... I don't mean the charging times, but rather the battery level to which you want to charge.

As @Totti1001 mentioned, the app is really not well constructed. Had the car for just a few days but the app keeps on bugging me as I try to use it quite often me being in Sweden's winter.

Heated seats have never worked via the app and the internal cabin temp. sometimes shows -19 degrees even when the outside temp is around +10 degrees.

Yep I get the -19 degrees weird
