I wish. (viewing 12V battery voltage)

Does the iSmart App for the MGS5 show a picture of the car it's bound too or is it generic picture. The App when used for the MG4 shows a picture of the MG4. As far as I can see there is only one app to download so I'm wondering if it shows the car you are using it with, then this happen in the binding process.
The closest to showing the battery voltage on the app (certainly when used with the MG4) is on the vehicle scan tab at the bottom, it looks like a shield with a pulse on it. (I'm not sure if I'm teaching you to suck eggs here if you've come from an MG4)

Oh, so does anyone understand how they show the right vehicle type on the app?
I downloaded the iSmart app before I got my MG4, I can't remember there being any tab to select the vehicle its used with. Then the dealer took me through the binding procedure when I picked up the car.

You scan the QR code in the car which will tell the app which car it is.

That is strange that it doesn’t show it. The scan on an MG4 shows 12V voltage and all tyre pressures and a bunch of other things too.
The number of health check items scanned on the S5 via the App, has been cut right back from what was seen on the ZS EV for example.
The ZS EV had 13 items to start with, then this was trimmed back to about 11 in the end.
The S5 only has 4 main headed items now !.
I think the 12 volt battery 🔋 status should be included for sure ✔️.

MGS5 is my first EV, I setup the app via the QR code from the car's menu when we picked up the car. I see this on the MG iSMART app (Android), (after scrolling to the bottom ofthe list). Hope it helps.

Thats so interesting, you've certainly got more features, e.g. ignition and 12 volt status them my seemingly identical app ???? Could yours have been the hybrid app version ???? I wondered this due to "ignition" or perhaps not the uk version??? Thanks

Or different features in different countries perhaps? although I'm not sure why this would be, other than different states of development of the app or the servers at MG they talk to.The vehicle status from @OzDrew looks like the MG4 from the UK
Yes I wonder if the clue is in the handle Oz ??

Yeah i dont see those items either.

Checked both themes in the app. App is version 3.0.1 (android)
Im located in Norway

The app whether android or IOS is generic. It's when you bind the car to the device using the scanned QR code on the infotainment screen as pointed out by @Ian Key, that the identity of the model is picked up and the features it has. It's looks Australia has a version that uses more of the data uploaded by the car to MG, whereas the UK and Norway only seem to display 4 parameters.
