If You Could Own Any Car Ever Produced & Brand New. What Would It Be?

You're all mad. I am SO over the internal combustion engine, I wouldn't take a Silver Spirit as a gift.
Nor would I. I’d far rather have a Hillman Imp estate car myself.

What was your first bike?
Mine was a Suzuki X7 (250cc two stroke) at 15yrs old.
It wasn't legal for a 15yr old 😗
But at the time it was mega rapid. In fact it would out run a 750cc Triumph Bonnie. If you could keep the front wheel on the ground! 🤣
And the tiny width tyres had more nylon in them than my Mum's tights. They certainly didn't offer the grip of modern bike tyres, especially in the wet! 😗
Kawasaki AR 125 , loved it , Went to the TT on L plates , too many stories to recall here , but my friend borrowed it for a lap and tried not to drop below 8000 revs , I seem to recall he loved it but never refilled the tank ?

Yamaha Fizzy (FS1E), on L plates until I passed my car test (in May '88).
Yamaha RD125LC, on L plates until I passed my bike test (in Jan '90).
Kawasaki GPZ600R, until I sold it (and my Nova) to fund the purchase of a Ford Escort (we wanted a new car as we were starting a family)

< break for several years >

Yamaha XJ900S Diversion, which went to the scrapyard in the sky after I did a bad impersonation of Superman off it. :|

Rimac Nevera, and do the Drag and Drive circuits in the US and Aust and the Street road registered drag racing in Australia.
First bike, Kawasaki 90SSS that I did so much port work and piston work on it that it could crack the ton ..... the fuel and oil was so expensive it was prohibitive ride it that hard very often, and on those skinny tyres .....
I'm amazed I made to 18 so I could buy my 1st Norton 750 Commando, first with the steel tank and disc brake up front ..... the other British bikes, Ducati 900 Desmo nor any of the Jap bikes, could keep up on the run up Macquarie Pass or through the Royal National Park from Bald Hill to Sutherland .... I had to replace tyres on that bike because the shoulders would wear down to the sidewalls, yet the centre was still well and truly legal ....
I couldn't find wet weather track tyres that would fit between the swing arm, probably just as well really
I did ride with Wayne Gardner once on BMW Australia social run, but that was many yrs later and on a GL1000 Goldwing. I saw him at the start, at the lunch stop and drinks afterwards
