IM6/IM5 Switching off the beeps and bongs from ADAS quickly.

To help other owners, I thought it might be helpful to do a short vid to show how quickly all the beeps and bongs can be switched off on the ADAS.

Adding the ADAS shortcut to your home screen widgets:

Does it store the settings or does it need to be done every time the car starts up?

In this video it's mentioned the setting could be saved, but isn't elaborated on:

I think it's saved but won't know until I go out again. There is a 'save' function at the top of the screen. I used the video Q&A but it's a little unclear.
Being a true Luddite means everything with butttons is a challenging event . . . so I hope it's saved.
I have asked myself why did I buy a car with all-tech functions? Simple really since few new cars are actually basic any longer. I have an old classic Mini too which gives me the 'simple-mind' answer if I feel like a no-nonsense drive.

I would be surprised if it is saved for any longer than the current drive…...

Yes, the menus and things take a bit of effort to set up to your personal preference but at least you can change things so that things you want easy access to are on the primary screen. For example, I frequently need to turn the wing mirrors in so I set that as one of the widgets. No need for the back out option as that happens automatically when you exceed a threshold speed.

For one used to basic, it's a case of learning new skills.
I have been out and just following the newly located ADAS widget, it is easy to press two buttons now. Even I can understand that!!!!!!!!
Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
