IM6 LR 2WD - steering knocking/clunk/grind on left turn

i have been driving the above for a while and now there is a subtle yet noticeable clunk/grind from the front nearside wheel. not every time, but sparadically so very strange. it is booked into MG for diagnostics in January, so will let you know.

Yes, turning left and not everytime, so it really strange - and tends to be more noticeable at low speeds

Hopefully it's nothing serious and the dealer forgot to remove a transport block during PDI.

Andy, I thought I had something similar - a knocking noise when going around a roundabout. To my relief, when I checked the front "frunk" there was a loose metal towing eye which would have made quite a clunk as it slid around the trunk. I hope yours turns out to be something trivial like this.

Would you believe... it was exactly as you have had. A loose 2nd Tow Eye, sliding left to right on the ribbed Frunk floor. i removed it and now the steering is silent again. Thank you
