info needed for mg zs ev

hi all. i am having issues with the dreaded '' connected not charging ''. i am on to the charger company. they have tried updating firmware etc remotely and also forcing the car to charge? its an elvi ev wallbox.
they have requested the following info and im not sure where to find it, can any one help

what Software version your MG car has .............. if there was any FW update performed to your car around the time the issue started and the
setting of your car for AC charging?

where can i find this info.

Only the dealership would have that information as they have to plug in their diagnostic computer.

There are about 22 of those, but only about two are relevant to charging (EVCC and VCU I think).

You can actually get these for the Mark 1 ZS EV at least using the unofficial Thai app and a decent OBD II dongle; see this long topic:

This is most unlikely unless you begged for it. These aren't Teslas that get updated over the air. If anything, you need a car firmware update to enable timed charging.

setting of your car for AC charging?

If it's a Mark 1, there is no setting for AC charging.
