Hi all,
Just bought a 2020 ZS EV (have an MG5 too, so used to EV’s).
Occasionally on the MG5 the infotainment system freezes and so I do the usual reset of holding the home button for 20 seconds and it reboots.
However, on the ZS the infotainment screen has randomly gone grey, attempts to sometimes reboot, and shows the MG logo, and then goes back to a grey screen again. The actual screen works because the reversing camera shows an image, but will not show any of the infotainment system.
Reading this forum it seems that there is a problem with the infotainment system and I wondered if anyone has a fix for this particular scenario?
