Infotainment screen stopped working

Hi,
Question, the infotainment screen on my HS PHEV has stopped working.
When I start the car I have loads of messages on dash screen to warn me that all the normal safety measures are disabled etc.
I have spoken to my local dealer but have advised they may not be able to look at it for a 4-5 weeks (bit if a shock) but questions are for now - Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what the issue maybe and secondly if the system has failed would this be covered by MG warranty car is 26 months old!

I am sure this will be covered under warranty unless it's a user error i.e. water ingress or smashed screen. Disappointing from your local MG people 4-5 weeks wait with a load of safety warnings is not good.

Just to bring this to a conclusion after loads of complains they managed to turn it round within a week under warranty and all working fine now!
