Does anyone know how to stop a high squealing sound on the other person's phone when I call them from the car?

Is that using Bluetooth CarPlay or android auto?
Were they in the open or in another car?
Were they hands free? Speaker? Headphones?
How many other persons did you call?
What network are you both on?
