I put a reply to a similar thread somewhere but can't now find it. I bought a £10 cycle light from Halfords that normally attaches to the handlebars with a rubber ring. I used this to attach it to one of the grab handles. It works a treat, and can be easily slipped off for recharging.Hi all has anyone brought anythink to have Interior lighting in the back of there mg5.

They are usb rechargeable and velcro detachable and I've stuck them to the window on both sides at the rear and it provides decent light for 40p for a pair ?
Of course. It's aliexpress so you take your own chances, but I've always had stuff turn up ....eventually!@deviousrich, I can't find these at 40p, can you provide a link please?
As a tip...Make sure your not logged in to aliexpress as an existing user (or use browser incognito mode) , as I said they are welcome deals / "new user bonus" so you do need to setup new accounts to get then for that price (which takes all of 60seconds).I get quite a bit from them and never really had a problem. But that one is £3.62 as far as I can see, and I can't find any as cheap as you mentioned - not when you add shipping anyways.. Not to worry
i thought that's what I'd tried - I got a phone cover for 1p delivered last year, and some other really cheap bits in the same way. I'll give it another go later, ta.

What's your thoughts on having to remove them if you ever sold etc do you feel the sticky pad could damage the material ?Finally got round to solving this problem with my MG5 SR Excite (just as the gloomy winter nights are ending!). I got a pair of usb LED push on/off lights from Amazon and fitted them below the grab handles above each passenger door, they work perfectly and you can easily find them to activate in the dark.
They attach with magnets and stickers.
Pictures of them fitted and what it’s like with them on and off.
I think they look good and they work really well.

I don’t think they’d do any damage, it’s not like they are glued on with solvent, and I’ll probably leave them in and highlight them as an upgrade to get a bit more for the trade in value ???What's your thoughts on having to remove them if you ever sold etc do you feel the sticky pad could damage the material ?
True point ? they might use it as a excuse to knock some cash offI don’t think they’d do any damage, it’s not like they are glued on with solvent, and I’ll probably leave them in and highlight them as an upgrade to get a bit more for the trade in value ???
