Intermittent radio

Has anyone experienced problems, with the radio, on an mg3 hybrid+? I can drive my car listening to the radio, park up, repower but not get any radio. It’s totally random.

What do you mean by that? You see the radio UI but no sound?

What I found (and took me a while to figure it out) is that the radio UI won't show up by default when the phone is connected via Bluetooth. The music UI will display Bluetooth music/Android Auto and you need to use the arrows on top to get to the radio UI and hear it

At the moment I use the radio within the infotainment module. I leave it switched on but randomly it won’t come on after power on.

Sounds strange. If you expect it to start playing automatically after power-on, there's a setting to enable this. No idea how to proceed if you press the play button and it doesn't start
