iSmart app not working with new iPhone

I have had my ZS EV SR Trophy Connect since early August and the app has been working perfectly. Yesterday, however, I changed my iPhone 12 Pro to a 14 Pro and now the app completely fails.

I tried logging out and using the QR code but it didn’t work.

Has anyone else changed phones and encoun this?

if so, any idea on how to fix it?

just a thought have you unbound the old iphone 12 from the car
 
Just upgraded my phone from the X to14 pro. I find mine worked just fine- I transferred my old phone to the new one via iCloud backup…. Maybe this means that I don’t have to unbind the old phone…
 
It just started working last night without me doing anything different, strange!

Not complaining though 😉
Someone mentioned in another thread that the SAIC server sometimes goes down.
 
My app has been hit and miss since Saturday.
I’m getting a ‘status checking failed’ as I type…

Yes, App working perfectly until update today the App will not recognise password with message try again tomorrow, for what ever reason Iphone will not store sign in details email or password ??
 
I have just updated to the latest version of the app, and now i cant login!
get the message 'failed to get user info (my username) from tenant 459771
any idea what this means?

No idea what it means but if it's any comfort, I'm getting exactly the same message since I downloaded V2.0 of the app.
