Ismart not working

Just tried to pened up smart on my Android phone and it needs a 'new' login but won't connect now. Any help people

Just leave it a little while and try again. It’s often a bit flaky and will probably suddenly come back to life. ( probably worth checking that an update might be available) iPhone had an update for it about a week ago - hasn’t made it any better though

Just checked mine & it won’t connect - servers must be down ( again!)

I can confirm that mine is down too...Quite often this happens.
Another reminder NOT to rely on the app for driving around...

Thanks for all the replies. I love the MG EV 4 Trophy but the software and app. as lots of people have are the downfall.
I don't know if VW had similar problems. on their first version.
AND ,yes, the app on my android is now up and running

Having jumped from a Skoda into my im6 I can assure you that the vw group often have the same problems. Yes OTA is now working at Skoda ( but it can at times be flaky) the MG app was probably modelled on the Skoda one because they are both lacking. Hopefully things will improve

Hi Don, Thanks for that info. This may not be the correct place to open this, but over the past two months the MG4EV has been telling my Zappi charger that the battery is full and - last night- and it was only 45% and I asked it to be charged up to 80% . Even on boost from zappi the car stopped it. I then went into MG iSart and manually set it to charge now. It work and luckily it was after 23:30 and in my cheap tariff.

There seems to be various issues reported with MGs and zappis especially with IOG
