ISmart prohibits vpn

Trying to load iSmart - it dispays 'iSmart ... prohibits vpn' and closes.
I do not have vpn!

Problem was a setting hidden in Duckduckgo, had to disable app tracking protection for all apps

I have had the same problem with MS Defender VPN on my Android phone. I just force close the VPN App and then it works. The VPN kicks back in automatically after a while. I am playing about with MacroDroid at the moment to see if I can create a Macro that automatically quits the VPN and then restarts it afterward. I don't know if there is a similar App for Apple, I doubt it though.
