Hi all collected my IM5 LR this afternoon had trouble binding on the app finally got the car showing on the app however I just get vehicle not responding also keep having to accept privacy notice. Any ideas that my help me

You have to do 50 odd miles on it and it'll work. It's likely on transport mode (for shipping) and it'll come out of it after you put some miles on it.

Make sure the app is updated, the car has a good internet connection and try logging out and back in after accepting the privacy notice. Restarting both the car system and app can also help.

Tried at the dealers but their signal is so bad did even have phone signal had to do it when I got home. Finally managed to get car to show in app. But car is not responding to app request

That is a pity. I would recommend that people do not accept their cars until they know everything is working.

I picked up mine yesterday and it bound pretty seamlessly with the iSmart App on Android. Works so much better than with my old MG4. I do have issues with YouTube, Spotify, Android Auto etc keep asking to log in.
When I had issues with the MG4 I found that factory resetting the car, a restart on the phone and then re-pairing in iSmart seemed to make things more bearable. The same may help with the IM's.

Picked car up Saturday. Dealer took a couple of hours with hand-over; a lot was getting to bind to two phones, mine & wifes. Got there and seems to work ok, but only one gets full features, other is just locking and ignition.
First public charge today, all straightforward.
Very pleased so far.
