Hi, had my IM6 for 2 months.
when i first paired ismart, car was 100% charged and showed 388 miles WLTP. Car also showed 388 miles.
by the next week ismart still shows 388 miles when 100% charged, but car shows 280 miles. big discrepancy.
Any idea why?
Thanks

I'm not sure if you're a first time EV driver, or have come from a previous EV.
Based on my experience with the MG4 and iSmart, it sounds like the app is not being refreshed, while the car is now basing it's range on current information, such as charging habits, driving style, temperature etc.
On the iSmart for the MG4, there is a refresh icon on the top right of the screen, (a circle with 2 arrows) and on the bottom of the page a shield that will scan the car and update the status hopefully.

In the car, there is three selections on how to show remaining range, NEDC, WLTP and DFRE. And in the app there is two selections on how to show remaining range, NEDC and WLTP. Which ones are shown where?

I was looking for the setting in the app but could not find it. Can you please tell me where it is hidden??

I am using Android with app version 3.0.3 with the theme "100 years" active. Then open the charging tab on the front page (where your car icon is), and scroll down on that charging page. At the bottom of it, you will find the setting NEDC or WLTP (maybe it is called "Range mode" or something like that in english, as mine is not english).

Thank you. I am using the apple version in UK and I found it under charge management/range mode.

@JohnV6, the app will be different for MG and IM, it isn't dependent on the Android version. Although the app starts with the same download from Play Store, when you scan the QR code on the infotainment system it then downloads the add ons for your model and configures it.
