hi
just wondering with ismart i see on the videos by mg, they show statistics button on the battery management but its not displayed on my app, also i am unable to send routes to my sat nav

is this cause i have trophy and not the connect

I was going to ask the same question. I have a new Trophy LR and can't see a way of sending a destination from the Travel section of the ismart app to the car. If I use the app to set a destination and tap "Go" the app just offers me the option of Google or Apple maps (I'm using an iPhone)

On the main menu, there is a item called "Travel" if i go there, i can enter an address and press "create" and "send"

It will send it to the car. Have tried it, but honestly, it's just as fast just putting the address into the satnav when you start your journey, getting in to the car.

That's where we differ. If I do that the only option I get is "Go", there is no other option. I'm running the iOS version with a Trophy (not the connect version).

I am running android, maybe the IOS version is different

This is how mine looks

As you can see i have "create" and "send" in the bottom.

One strange thing though, it thinks the starting point is somewhere in central Europe, while i am in Denmark.

Mines the same (except I'm in UK). Still works sending out to the car. I'm also android.

Is that a Trophy or Trophy Connect?
Mine is the equivalent of the Trophy Connect

I just checked and here, we have the "comfort" and "luxury" and only the luxury has route planning marked as a feature.

They have now also added the SR to the Danish website, and quite strangely, they have both the SR and LR, in 2 variants.

One with 1 phase charger, and one with a 3 phase charger.

Price for the 3 phase (The only option until recently) is £570 more than the 1 phase, and that price is up about £570 since i ordered mine.

If one were to order the one phase, they say that there is a max charge speed on Type 2 of 6.6 KW and on a normal 16A circuit you are limited to about 3.2 KW.

Imagine having to charge the car at a destination charger with an onboard charger, only capable of 3.2 KWh...That would take forever. (Most circuits here are 16A, and all 11KWh chargers is essentially 3 phase * 3.6 Kwh max = 11 KW).

Seems like they are really running out of parts now, and are now resoring to selling whatever they have in stock, even though it is not meant for our market.
