I have just collected my new MG5 today nice drive home getting used to and setting the car up to suit me I have a couple of questions first how do I access the fuse box inside the cabin to fit my dashcam and do you get a AA can d for the breakdown cover or is there just a phone number to use

Open drivers door, and there is a panel on the end of the driver's trim, prise this off (firmly but carefully - you should see a slight indent along the seam line) and the fuse panel is mounted behind this.. you can also see/access the panel by looking up behind the trim underneath by the steering column, but very awkward access this way.

Re the AA card, mine was inside the wallet that contained the handbook. However, I'm aware some people have not been given a card. If you are in the same boat, I suggest you contact your dealer and ask where it is. They may say you don't need one, that the AA had the numbers of all new MGs and that all you need to do is give your registration number when you call the AA. But I still think your dealer should get you a card if you don't have one!

Is AA rescue free when buying MG5EV?

yes and if you service your car at a MG dealer which you will be to keep the warranty they extend it for one more year and so on

There was no such mention when I placed the order. I was also told that they do not do any free insurance - I was only asking for 1 day insurance so I can transfer my insurance from old car to new one.

They do free driveway insurance but you need to phone them to get it I give you a tip when you call pick new insurance quote not free driveway you get through much quicker the normal insurance is very expensive I got a quote for £855 I got £255 from admiral
