Interested to see what is "standard" issue with the S6. Is the cable really just 3 metres? Others are 4m :( Not that it's a problem we've had both a '22 GTLineS PHEV and a '74 Tucson Ultimate AWD PHEV and need a 7m cable. We've solar, batteries and charger and paying £8 a month to Octopus. But the Hyundai app CANNOT hold the Set Scheduled Charge Time, needing resetting every time :) When you're doing it 4 or more times a week, it's an irritation I could do without. But we both have got used to all the mod cons, so hoping we're not losing much. I have asked about mats but we got a stonking deal for an end month sale that I could buy mats and locking wheel nuts etc. But the short time and "inability" of Darwin to cover the S6 meant paying a punitive annual premium in a month when house and pet also renew. Roll on Tuesday!

Congratulations, lovely car!

Health to enjoy, it's a great car.

I negotiated the official MG mats as part of my deal but have just ordered a set of rubber ones which include a foot rest protector, UK made but not arrived yet to evaluate.

Car will come with a type 2 charge cable, don't know the length but that's it, no granny charger.

Mine came with a set of lock nuts for the wheels, the bag that they came in was used for the replaced standard nuts and the key, they were made in Italy but did from memory have an MG part number on them.

What colour and model you going for out of interest?

Enjoy.

Hang about, Darwin don't cover the S6? Just renewed with them a few weeks ago and assumed they would... That's me stuffed then!

Same here, they do have it listed but wouldn't quote. I insisted I want it in writing that it doesn't constitute telling other insurers of having a policy cancelled. Also required refund be without penalty or other deductions as no fault of mine.
Of course that meant getting 12 month cover just a few days away, so you get treated like a mutt who has just realised policy about to lapse. Also comes in a month with already high expenditure, 2 dogs in vets for op, house renewal, oil delivery yadda yadda...

My policy started last Thursday, but I took it out about 3/4 weeks ago. Guessing I'm outside my cooling off period to cancel. Don't get the car for another month at least, so they may have changed their tune by then...
