Hi l am a new owner of a 2024 MG HS Plug in Hybrid, if possible l would like to reduce the severity of the regen braking, l have scrolled through some topics and it has mentioned it is possible to do this but l am unable to find out how to do it. l have worked my way through the infotainment screen but cannot see anything so far.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Bigal66, thank you so much for replying, l have just been looking on the screen, l have driving assist and system but it does not appear under any of those. l couldn't see one listed as Settings maybe l am looking in the wrong place?

Had a quick look at the manual . Yours may be a low and high setting as it’s the plug in and mines isn’t . Look for the car icon down the right hand side of the Home Screen or swipe left on the Home Screen and you will see settings there 🙂

There are no settings for regenerative braking on the pre 2025 models of the PHEV. It cannot be altered, it is permanently on. You will get used to it, I love it. It's put's a small amount of charge back into the battery and even saves wear and tear on the "normal" brakes because you aren't using them as much.

This is a post about the HS Hybrid+ not the pre 2025 models

She asked the question in the MG HS / EHS 2020-2024 Plug-in Hybrid Forum so it's about the pre 2025 plug in hybrid models. The first sentence even mentions the 2024 MG HS Plug in hybrid. You do know that pre means before right? 2024 is pre 2025.

Thank you all so much, your replies really are appreciated, at least l can stop looking now. l am enjoying the car, its just a case of getting used to the regen braking but l am impressed with the car so far.
