Just drove car and Kers wasn't working on any settings. I have just done first balance charge to 100% so was wondering if that could be the problem, no space for regen? Would be grateful if someone could confirm before I call the garage.

The KERS won't work if the hv battery is fully charged p191 of owners manual.

If you stopped the charge before the balance had finished the battery could be above 100% state of charge so KERs won't work.
