Lane departure warning and forward collision warning systems

Hello everyone, I recently detected this fault in the lane departure warning and forward collision warning systems. It started first thing in the morning, and I read on the forum that it could be due to condensation in the chamber, which supposedly resolved it. Now the problem persists in heavy rain and low temperatures. Is this normal?Thank you

Safety systems don't like condensation on windscreens, I get warnings on damp morings until the AC clears the windscreen

That seems to be the case, but shouldn't the system be designed to work in rain or shine? Or can this car only have proactive summer systems?

I only occasionally have this problem but I do have the AC running most of the time which dries the air before it enters the car keeping the moisture level down.

It's an issue a lot of cars suffer from on cold damp mornings, it sorts itself quite quickly
