Have now been to this dealer twice.
First time was for the 24 month, 40k Service.
The staff seem professional and they were prompt. I was assured on booking that my software would be updated, but it wasn't. I was told that no updates were available. I challened this when I received the satisfaction survey. They referred it to MG Aust.
I was invited to return the car for an assessment. This time all software was updated. It's made a huge improvement.
The highlight of each trip was Greg the courtesy driver. A real nice guy and great ambassador for the dealership.
