Measuring rear passenger legroom 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

In a French car magazine, they measured the space left for the legs of rear passengers in several cars.

1st the Honda Jazz (I can confirm this because I have owned it)

2nd the MG3

Knee room for rear seat passengers depends on the adjustment of the front seats i.e. how far forward or back the front are set to and the angle of the backrest.

That's right and you're right.

I just assume that there must be a common protocol for these measurements.

However, like you, I've often asked myself this question and nothing is mentioned in this weekly, which is too favourable to French models.
