MG GS Android Auto not working

I have mg gs 2016, but up till now I still unable to connect android auto with or Mirror my phone to the car radio system.
Does anyone with similar models of mg is experiencing this? Or if you did how did you fix it?

I'm not sure you will receive many helpful replies here because these are forums for users of MG Electric Vehicles, not petrol ones!

However, there are a number of threads here where users have reported similar problems - I was one of them - and it was resolved for me by simply buying the "correct" cable. I now use this one.

I got the proper cable, but still does not work however samsung have do e away with mirrorlink on their phones
