MG S5 charging with Ohme Pro I can’t plug and go

I’m new to all this so please forgive my ignorance
I have a shiny new out of the box MGS5
And a new Ohme Pro charger
I was hoping I could just plug the charger in when I got back from a night shift and stagger to my bed this morning
But No
I have the Ohme app dynamic charging off it still won’t charge for me
Is there many things I should know before this will work for me

Hi, are you on Go or intelligent Go?
Does it MAX charge from the Ohme app?
If IOG then sett the end time to 11am and set the percentage to ADD from your current SOC

No not Go or Intelligent Go just EDF
I plug the car in it’s on Max Charge the car starts to charge then just stops the charger stays red and still says it’s charging but at 0 amps

Does it work OK on a DC Rapid charger or a different 7kW fast EVSE

I will have to check I haven’t even tried that yet it’s all very new…

Also check you haven't got a charging schedule set in the car / app and that the % to charge to is set above the actual charge in the car.
