MG S5 EV - Apple Car

Hello,
since I bought the MGS5 EV my Android phone doesn't work. After a while they can't hear me anymore. I'm wondering if those of you who use an iPhone (AppleCar) in such a car also have such problems, does everything work ok for you?
The car will be one year old in July and MG doesn't know how to fix it - disaster!!!

I have a IPhone 15 and it works wirelessly with no problem.
