I am contemplating purchasing a MG Trophy HS plug in hybrid 2025.Is this a good reliable car?

Had mine in Trophy trim just over two months now. Brilliant car with great PHEV drivetrain. Very well spec’d, and although there are some issues with the safety bings and bongs, you just need to remember and silence these each time you start up. No reliability issues so far, but the seven year warranty gives a lot of comfort anyway. Very economical if you can plug in at home overnight on the right tariff, and 70 - 75 miles on battery is achievable. I’d happily recommend!
