Mg3hybrid battery going on holiday

I'm going away for 3months and am disconnecting the battery, is that a good idea or should I just leave it connected

I found this in the manual under Road Emergency Response

A small solar panel has been suggested but I am not sure if I need another for the EV battery as well, I assume the EV one is Lithium so not sure if it needs to be kept alive or if it will be okay.

There are so many variables I've not had to deal with before.

More to keep me awake.

I rang the dealer and got through to service, the company brain cell is off today so I've left it with them and hopefully, they will get back to me, his advice was to remove and tape up...

Yeap just get and connect a solar cell trickle charger c/w battery crocodile clips to the 12v(!) battery and leave the solar panel sunny side up on the parcel shelf. You can keep a check on the battery using the MG iSmart app. Happy holiday!
