MG5 2021 ismart

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if the 2021 MG5 can be connected to the iSmart app. I understand it doesn’t come with a QR code, but is there an aftermarket product or service that would let me monitor the charging status and see how much time is left?

Pre facelift models do not have the hardware required to connect to an app so I think your answer is mostly no (

Using a obd2 dongle you can see some info bit it's not much and the dongle can do weird stuff with the alarm.

The first generation isn't compatible with iSmart.
In reality, I don't think you've missed very much.
