MG5 LR not accepting charge

Can anyone out there advise further please. Am stuck with only 12% left, and having trouble accepting charge at public charger. ( don’t have home charger yet)
Have tried both rapid50kw DC and fast 7kw and problem seems to be the car battery rather than the chargers ( have tried 3 chargers!!)
Any advice welcome

If you have a 10mm spanner you could try a 12V battery disconnect to reboot all of the electronics. Nothing to lose by trying.

Are you able to try and use the granny EVSE on a 13A socket?

Havent tried the granny cable yet
Ok think the 10mm spanner seems to be an essential bit of kit; reading other posts suggest the reboot is handy for multiple glitches
