Crazy horses

That one that carries both front wheels in two gears, incredible power and driveline .....
I've watched a few rather over weight freezer trailers being dragged by long nose Kenworths dangle the left front tyre and carry it for two gears, but never both front wheels

Our workshop in Mannum was originally owned by Jerry Kooistra who built some amazing classic race bikes Jerry Kooistra – MotoVue and the Matchless 500 single based bike Bill Horseman raced at the Isle of Mann TT to come second ...... which annoyed Jerry so much he never returned to compete .... the first ride Horseman went out to get a feel for the bike and track, the competition was so shocked/scared, they pressured the officials to make up some reason the bike couldn't compete, but in 3 days Jerry modified the offending parts and they had to let them race ..... after the event, he took photos of the winning bike and approached the stewards that they were using the design he had pioneered and they had deemed could not be used in the race, the 4 leading shoe front brake .... but the race had been run and won so they wouldn't listen
Bill Horseman came to the shop most days for a coffee and to make things with Jerry on the equipment I suggested he keep in the shop rather than selling off all of it, in exchange, he could make some bits we might needed .... it was a great two way relationship, sadly destroyed when the workshop burnt down.
He had some amazing stories about behind the scenes of many race events, including Bill Horseman holding the Bathurst outright lap record before they altered the track to add the bend in the main straight ......
