I ordered a set of mudguards for the S5 from AliExpress. They were delivered today - but there were no fittings enclosed, just the plastic mouldings. Have others experienced this? The webpage implies there should be fixings included:

You can probably use the same fixings as on the car already or raise a complaint with AliExpress

Thanks for the replies. I checked shadowman's post and his came with fixings. I could perhaps re-use the screws and poppers but there are new spring clips which are needed to clamp the guard in place. I've raised an issue with the supplier.....

I bought a set of mudflaps from an Ali express seller and they came with everything. They look nothing like your though?
You do have to look very very carefully at alieX listings, or you might not be buying what you think you are.

These aren't mudflaps @5teep, I'd call them splash guards myself, they're the items in the pictures in this post > MGS5 Accessories- what’s worth a look?

I wonder if @shadowman can shed any light on this, he fitted some a couple of months ago.
yes you can use the existing screws and poppers (i did) as the supplied ones were poor. though you will need the spring clips to keep it all aligned.

The fittings finally arrived and mudguards are now fitted. As @shadowman said, the existing screws and poppers can be re-used, the only critical extras are the spring clips. I'm not an ace mechanic, but these were an easy install. They look good, and will protect the rear door seals from getting covered in crud.

Due to duplication of orders I have a spare set complete with fittings which I will (hopefully) be listing in the Classified section later today.
