Just had car service yesterday - not impressed. They have cleaned the car and done the health checks. When I enquired on handing in the keys I asked will the HV fuse and BMS updates will be carried out, answer was "We only do those updates when requested". Just placed the car on charge today with doors unlocked, no BMS update done and not charging with unlocked door. Also not sure if they have done the critical HV fuse update as I they couldn't be bothered to do the BMS. Also worried they claimed on MG warranty systems that they have done this work when clearly they haven't.

Until these questions are answered I suggest going to either Bridgend or Cwmbran for service issues...
