I think I have gotten so used to "next day delivery", "instant coffee" and the rest, that over a month for something I want feels like a punishment

I'm the same, I've only ever bought new cars that were in stock.

Yeah - I was indecisive between silver and black. Was leaning towards Black at first but the 'Early September' or 'Sometime in October' just tipped the scales back the other way.

Yeah now if it had been Dark Grey I'd have gone for it. Always have preferred dark on cars.

My local dealer tried to pressure me into ordering there and then for delivery in December, said if I waited they couldn’t promise delivery after that.
Luscombe have been brilliant though and they had two in stock in go faster red, at the time!
