New OVO the 1st fixed deal Under price cap?

So OVO have been doing some good stuff recently like charger anytime 10p on any tariff Now there offering a fixed tariff under the price cap

Ok numbers are not fantastic but it's a good early start? And add 10p charge any time free upgrade
