No QR code on FICM

Hi got a ZS EV , had a new FICM FITTED and A new T-box at main dealer , but still no QR code after touching bind vehicle option on the screen .. Also followed by a message service not available try again . Any ideas what could be the problem ??

The same is happening in my MG4 xpower in Riyadh. How to solve this problem?
