Ohme Home Pro not connecting to Octopus app

I had an Ohme Home Pro installed yesterday by Octopus.

Whilst the charge point works and is connected via the Sim card I can't add the device to the Octopus app.

I set the charger account up using Google.
When i click on the sign in requested by octopus I get a blank screen

4 phone calls and an email to Octopus and we are nowhere.

Has anyone any experience of fixing this
 
Do you have the Ohme app on your phone paired to the charger?
I have the Hypervolt which was also installed by Octopus, on the app I have Octopus Mode switched on, don’t know if that will help.

Yes ohme app is on the phone. There is no octopus mode.
 
You have to create the Ohme account using a username/password, using Google authentication does not work with Octopus. Been there, done that.
 
Thank you. That was my next idea. So delete account and start again.
