Hi,
Has anyone used this service?
My insurance is with Yoga but to make a claim I need to go through this company and they are now passing me to another company as I requested an EV for a loan vehicle?
If it is a guaranteed non fault claim they do it all and no excess to pay.
Got a bit worried when they asked if I had a solicitor...

Did you pay for motor legal cover?

Usually if it's a non-fault claim. They handle it all by directly claiming from the third party's insurance. Fairly straightforward when it's clear who is at fault.

The solicitor question is possibly to ensure that they're the only one processing the claim.

Haven't used them but I have used what sounds like a similar organisation in the past.
Such companies typically provide a "claim management" service specialising in the provision of an equivalent replacement car whilst yours is off the road. These are provided via linked companies at extortionate rates (around £90/day for a VW Golf in my case and that was 15 years ago!).
The insurer makes money through a referral fee, the claims management company makes money through the car hire and their management fee, you get a nice car rather than a roller skate so everyone is happy except the "at fault" party's insurer who has to pick up the cost. They of course defray this cost by inceasing the insurance premiums for everyone else.

Are'nt MG Assist a claims management company, they say in the blurb they sort it all out with you insurance for you and make sure you get OEM parts ?
