Overcharged by bpPulse

Had my second ever invoice come in from bpPulse.
This one included the first subscription charge - bit pointless as we currently cannot go anywhere.

Problem is that there is a £3.33 charge for using a rapid-combo charger.
(The app says unknown location but the invoice has the address).
I have not used this charger or any of their chargers in the last month and my car was on the drive on the day in question.

Anyone else experienced phantom charges?

I have cancelled my subscription and DD.

No only for screen wash on the service when it was fully topped up two days before the service, it’s not the £2.63 it’s the principle...

I've been with BP Pulse ( Polar) for 5 years and never had a problem like that. In fact on a few occasions they have missed off a couple or so charges in a month.

If it's a new account maybe worth checking with BP they have not got their wires crossed with another account?
